The agreement also includes a 6% increase for summer academic program wages and includes no changes to the insurance contribution percentages.Īccording to the release, the negotiated five-year extension to the current contract aligns with a key goal of the LT Strategic Plan, which aims to attract, recruit, hire, mentor, support, and retain strong employees who reflect the LT community and commit to our mission, vision, core values, and goals. Under the collective bargaining agreement, members of the association will receive a 4% increase in the first year, 3 % in the second and third years, and 2 % in the fourth and fifth years, the release said. The agreement, which starts at the end of the current school year, provides a base salary increase of 14% over the life of the 5-year contract and replaces the current 2018-2023 agreement, according to a joint news release. The Lyons Township High School District 204 Board of Education and the Lyons Township Education Association have reached an agreement on a new five-year contract.
